Automatic Shift Journal
The Tachograph app includes a convenient journal that automatically records all your shifts. Say goodbye to traditional notebooks for shift records! Just switch between the app's modes according to your current activity:
- Driving
- Rest
- Work
- POA (Period of Availability)
The app will automatically start the necessary timers and display all relevant information based on your selected mode.
Operational Timers
The main window of the app features 9 timers that start automatically based on your selected mode:
- Total time:
13/15 - Continuous driving:
4:30 - Break:
0:15/0:45 - Daily driving:
9/10 - Daily rest period:
9/11 - Weekly driving:
56 - Weekly rest period:
24/45 - Two-week driving:
90 - Weekly time:

You can get hints for any of the timers by clicking on the timer name and the help symbol (?).
Journal Management
To view and edit your saved shifts, navigate to Menu - Journal. Here’s how you can access it:
- Go to Menu
- Select Journal
- Access the Journal menu
For shift editing, follow this path: Menu - Journal - Shift - Shift Menu.
