About Organ Trail
Organ Trail is a retro zombie survival game that takes you on a thrilling journey westward in a station wagon alongside four of your friends. You will scavenge for supplies and fend off the undead as you navigate this perilous adventure. Be prepared for unexpected challenges—your party members might succumb to dysentery, or you may have to make the tough decision to put them down if they get bitten.
