Exploring the Essence of Chinese Culture


We have been pondering a profound question: What truly represents the elements of Chinese culture? Is it the famous poetry, the intricate costumes, the stunning architecture, or perhaps the martial art of kung fu? After much contemplation, we have arrived at a definitive choice - the Chinese dragon, the oldest and most renowned cultural totem.



With the vision that sparked the inception of our studio, we aimed to create a unique interpretation of the Chinese style. Thus, our goal for the game is simple yet ambitious: “To create a different Chinese dragon.”



This led us to delve into the rich folklore surrounding the "dragon and its nine sons," each possessing distinct characteristics. The various representations of these nine dragons have sparked our creativity and inspired the visual elements of our game.



In crafting the game’s aesthetic, we were also drawn to another ancient element - bronze. This choice stems from both a personal affinity for bronze and its historical significance as a totem, which later evolved into intricate bronze patterns. It feels fitting to use this medium as a form of expression, embodying a wave of "national treasure."



Thus, we proudly present "Tale of Fallen Dragons." We hope you enjoy this journey as much as we enjoyed creating it.

Game Introduction


Long ago, nine sons were born from the Legendary Dragon.

These untamed dragons wreaked havoc across the land, causing massive destruction since their birth. To restore peace, the descendants of the Five Elder Tribes united and cast a powerful imprisonment spell. Eventually, the dragons were defeated and confined within the Fallen Dragons Temple.

As the tales of these nine dragons faded from memory over the decades, a new legend began to unfold in the dungeons beneath the Fallen Dragons Temple...

Game Features


"Tale of Fallen Dragons" is a Roguelike game inspired by the theme of the "Nine Sons of the Dragon." In line with our design philosophy, we offer players the following “Three Prudence” guidelines:




  1. Advice One: Discover over two hundred bizarre props; be cautious as you explore.

  2. Advice Two: Each playthrough features a randomly generated temple maze; the back panel is inactive, so tread carefully!

  3. Advice Three: Positioning is crucial to defeat enemies; avoid reckless attacks!

Adapted from ancient Chinese mythology, this game showcases the bronze dragon and its nine sons, presenting a distinctively different Chinese style!
