Plant, Irrigate, and Grow Bamboo… But Will You Be Able to Satisfy the Appetite of the Greedy Imperial Panda?

The Japanese emperor has summoned the finest gardeners in the empire to take on the intricate challenge of caring for his sacred panda. Only the gardener with the most exquisite plots of bamboo will be able to appease this discerning creature!

Game Objective

Establish a lush bamboo forest around the emperor’s pond. Cultivate and irrigate your plots to grow all the varieties of bamboo that the panda adores. To outsmart your competitors, enhance your plots by:

Building irrigation channels

Adding fertilizer to speed up bamboo growth

And don’t forget to hope for favorable weather!

Winning the Game

The player who accomplishes the most objectives will emerge victorious. Remember, only one gardener can earn the emperor’s favor… So grab your rake!

Characteristics

Simple and Tactical Gameplay: Adapted from the acclaimed board game, Takenoko, by Antoine Bauza.
