This game marks the third installment of the Partia series and concludes the Granian Trilogy. However, it is designed as a stand-alone title, taking place hundreds of years after the events of Partia 2. Therefore, no prior knowledge of the earlier games is necessary.

Visual and User Experience

While the graphics may not be cutting-edge and the sprite-animated battles are not grandiose, the game offers a unique charm. The user interface can be a bit clunky and may appear mediocre in various aspects.

A Labor of Love

This project has been a true labor of love. Despite the financial setbacks of the first two Partia games, I dedicated five years of my life to creating this game, pouring in all my free time and vacations. My obsession with completing this project kept me motivated.

A Personal Journey

I have genuinely enjoyed the process of making this game, and I still find immense joy in playing it. I believe that fans of the genre will also find pleasure in this experience.

Changing Mobile Landscape

Since I began this journey in 2011, the mobile gaming landscape has evolved significantly. The App Store now boasts numerous quality games, including franchises that have inspired the Partia series. A few years ago, I realized that I was no longer providing valuable experiences for customers seeking a light SRPG on mobile.

Sales and Future Aspirations

As I write this, Partia 2 has sold just over 2,000 units in five years. Clearly, this venture has not been financially rewarding, and I hope my next project will fare better than this one.

Final Thoughts

The result is a paid game with no advertisements, no in-app purchases, and no hidden catches. I am not tracking any data, as I don’t see the point. I have come to accept that this indie game is truly for the lovers of the genre.
