Introducing VaLeRie: A Stunning Substratum Theme

VaLeRie is a beautiful Substratum Theme designed to support a wide range of devices and custom operating systems with OMS support, including:

Android 7.x.x and above

Samsung OREO

Samsung OneUI (Pie)

Samsung OneUI 2.X (Q)

OxygenOS PIE

OxygenOS 10 Q

Note: This theme is compatible only with the aforementioned OMS supported operating systems. Warning: It will not function on a stock Nougat ROM (use at your own risk)! You must have Andromeda (for Samsung and unrooted Oreo ROMs) and the Substratum App installed.

OxygenOS PIE & OxygenOS 10 Q

Choose Dark theme or default theme with blue accent in Display Settings of Oxygen OS.

Select either Oxygen OS Oreo or Oxygen OS Pie at the top of the overlay list.

Select all or check options in the overlays.

Apply it by selecting build and enable in the FAB menu.

If the QS tile icon is a different color from the accent color, go to Display > Settings > choose a different accent, then revert back to the default blue accent (first one).

If the dialer and contacts show graphical glitches on a glass background, go to Settings > Display > change theme to default and switch back to dark theme.

Perform a full reboot.

Installation Instructions

Download and install the theme.

Open Substratum and grant it full root permissions and allow system modifications.

Click on the theme and wait for it to create the resource caches, then click on the theme again.

Select the overlays you want to apply, keeping in mind that some apps have multiple overlays based on the version number.

Click the floating action button (FAB) at the bottom right and select Build & Enable.

Once the compilation/installing finishes without errors, wait for SystemUI to restart.

Enjoy your new VaLeRie UI!

Root access is mandatory if you are using Android Pie stock ROMs.

What is Currently Themed?

Most items in the list below should be themed on devices ranging from xhdpi to xxxhdpi. However, some items may not be themed depending on the ROM you are using. Please take a screenshot of any items that aren’t themed and either email me or leave a message on Hangouts.

Feedback and Reporting Issues

Please note that some ROMs have special icons for their advanced settings. If you find any missing icons, please post it on the Google+ community in the bugs section, report the bugs on the Telegram Group, or send me an email with the ROM name, a screenshot, and if possible, a link to the ROM source. The themed apps are in beta stage and work in progress, with icons and UI updates happening regularly.

Battery icon in QS tiles remains white if you choose an accent color; it cannot change color as the ROMs do not support it.
