  • Most devices utilize variable frame rates during encoding.

  • High-speed recording mode only works with hardware video profiles.

  • Setting location permission to "never allow" may require manual re-enabling in settings.

  • The encoder subsystem is independent and implemented by the device manufacturer.

  • Remote shutter uses volume key IDs as triggers; enable "Record with Volume Keys" for functionality.
