2. A notification is asking for a backup password. What should I do?
   
   This security feature originates from the system (not FingerSecurity) and is common in Samsung's firmware. If you scan your fingerprint unsuccessfully multiple times, the system will block the sensor and request your backup password. This password was set during the fingerprint registration process and may differ from your alternative FingerSecurity password. You must enter your backup password to regain access to the fingerprint sensor.
   


3. I can’t remember my backup password.
   
   Unfortunately, there is no method to reset the backup password once the sensor is blocked by the system. The only solution is to perform a hard reset on your device.
   


4. FingerSecurity uses a lot of battery after updating.
