Add a message (SMS) app to the notification app to enable SMS flash.

The following functions have been removed according to Google's Permissions policy:
- SMS Flash
- Missed call
- Unread SMS

Notification Flash & Screen Flash
- Flash when a new notification arrives in selected apps (e.g., Whatsapp, Email, Twitter, Alarm/Clock, Messenger, or any other app).
Incoming Call Flash
- When a call arrives, the flash blinks.
- Set the starting time of the flash.
- Set the number of times the flash blinks.
SMS Flash
Add the Message app to the Notification app for SMS flash functionality.
Repeat Notification
- The flash can be repeated at specific intervals.
