IT Admins can utilize this app to enroll employee devices into their Knox Mobile Enrollment, Knox Configure, and Knox Guard portals. The application simplifies the deployment process in the following scenarios:



  • When the device reseller/carrier does not participate in the Knox Deployment Program (KDP).

  • When only a small number of devices need to be enrolled.

  • When a limited number of devices are being tested prior to placing a bulk order with a KDP participating reseller/carrier.

The following permissions are necessary for the app's functionality:



  • Optional permissions:

  • Notification permission: Required to receive progress notifications about enrollment.

  • Location permission: Required to access a list of available access points.

  • Nearby devices permission: Required for Bluetooth enrollment.

  • Contacts permission: Required for Samsung account sign-in.

Important Note


If your system software version is below Android 6.0, please update the software to configure app permissions. Previously allowed permissions can be reset in the Apps menu within device settings after the software update.
