Explore Lookout's Features
Lookout offers five distinct modes tailored for a variety of activities:
- NEW: Food Label Mode (beta) - Quickly identify packaged foods by their label, in addition to scanning barcodes. This feature is available in select countries.
- NEW: Scan Document Mode - Capture a snapshot of a document, and Lookout will scan the text, allowing it to be read aloud by your screen reader or magnified on your device.
- Quick Read Mode - Efficiently skim through text and have it read aloud, perfect for sorting mail and other similar tasks.
- Currency Mode - Quickly and reliably identify U.S. banknotes.
- Explore Mode (beta) - Gain information about objects in your immediate surroundings.
Availability
Lookout is available in multiple languages including English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish. It is compatible with all Android devices running Android 6 and above, provided they have more than 2GB of RAM.
