You can easily switch between multiple coordinate formats such as decimal degrees, DMS (degrees, minutes, and seconds), and specialized types like what3words, MGRS, UTM, or GEOREF.

The app is designed to quickly determine the coordinates and address of any point on the map, allowing you to share this information with friends via SMS, email, or social media apps.

Finding Locations Made Simple

To find a location, you can:

1. Type or paste the address or coordinates into the search field.


2. Enter each coordinate value individually using the advanced search options.

For what3words, MGRS, UTM, or GEOREF, you can search using a single search field.

GPS Location Accuracy

Your current GPS location is best received outdoors, where GPS satellites are easily accessible without interference from buildings or clouds. Even indoors, your location can be accurately determined through a WiFi network, provided your device is connected.

Navigation and Map Providers

The side drawer menu allows you to navigate between different sections of the app, such as History and Favorites. You can also switch between map providers, including:

• Google Maps


• Open Street Maps (includes a compass feature)

Customizable Settings

Access settings from the side navigation drawer to:

• Switch between existing coordinate types


• Change the visibility of the address bar


• Enable the Distance Measurement tool


• Activate the Elevation tool to display the altitude of the selected location

File Support and Premium Options

Note the following regarding file types:

• GPX and KML file types are supported with certain limitations:




• Only simple waypoints are processed for GPX files.


• Only Placemarks are processed for KML files.




• UTM, MGRS, and GEOREF coordinates are available as paid options.
