Featuring a touch-adjustable linear-phase FIR equalizer, this application offers 16,384 discrete bands of HD equalization without compromising audio quality. You can create and save your own EQ presets or choose from optimized filters designed by professional musicians. Additionally, HF Player supports playback of Hi-Res Audio formats, including FLAC, 192 kHz/24-bit WAV, and DSD at no extra cost.

Connect your Android device to an Onkyo DAC-HA200 or DAC-HA300, or a Pioneer XPA-700 D/A Converter and Headphone Amplifier for a direct-digital connection via USB. With an AOA 2.0 (Android Open Accessory) compatible device, you can easily connect using OTG (On The Go) cables. To enable Hi-Res Audio output, simply purchase our Unlock Application and upgrade to the full-featured version of Onkyo HF Player.


Note: Audio with a sampling rate exceeding 88.2 kHz output through the headphone connection, AOS connection, or digital connections via OTG cable (free version only) is downsampled to 44.1 kHz.

To enhance your experience, please add all folders containing music files on the "Music Folders" selection screen. Be aware that certain folders cannot be added due to OS specifications:



  • Root folder of an internal storage volume

  • Root folder of an external storage volume (e.g., SD card)

  • Download folder


You can reset the configuration of the music folder from Settings - Hi-Res Library - Music Folders.
