Known Issues

1. Searching for a large number of files may cause crashes due to OutOfMemoryError. To avoid this, please specify file size in Settings - General.


2. Unable to delete files on an Android 4.4 KitKat external SD card due to Google's policy.


3. In Gallery or Media Player apps, media files may still appear or all may disappear:
   
   
   
   1. Delete the hidden file: /sdcard/.nomedia.
   
   
   2. Clear Media Storage data by navigating to Settings - Apps - All - Media Storage - Clear data.
   
   
   3. Reboot your device and wait for a while.
