How to Prevent AppLock from Being Uninstalled?

Open AppLock and navigate to the System Lock page. Enable Set as Device Admin. With this feature activated, a password will be required to uninstall or force stop Smart AppLock, enhancing your privacy security.

How to Uninstall AppLock?

If you haven't enabled Set as Device Admin, you can uninstall AppLock like any other app. If you have enabled it, please disable it first before uninstalling normally.

I Forgot My Password, How to Retrieve It?

Upon setting up your password or pattern for the first time, AppLock prompts you to choose a password retrieval method: Email Authentication or Question and Answer.

1. Email Authentication: Tap the Request Authentication Number button. The Auth Number will be sent to your registered email address. Enter the Auth Number to reset your Password/Pattern.


2. Question and Answer: Input the answer to the question you set up previously.
