Manage Your Life and Time with Ease


Efficiently organize your tasks by creating them, setting priorities, and adding alarms. Classify your tasks based on their current state: To Do, Doing, or Done, and integrate them seamlessly into your calendar.

Quick Start


To begin, simply press the + button to add a new task or event. Follow these steps to create a task:



  1. Write a description for the task.

  2. Assign a priority level.

  3. Select an initial state: To Do, Doing, or Done.


Once the task is created, you can easily change its state by performing a long click on it, moving it to the appropriate tab.

Deadline Management


You can add a deadline to your tasks. A color-changing icon will indicate the urgency as the deadline approaches:



  • Cyan: More than 72 hours left.

  • Green: Less than 72 hours left.

  • Orange: Less than 48 hours left.

  • Red: Less than 24 hours left.

  • Grey: The deadline has expired.

Setting Alarms


An alarm can be added to any task or event, provided a deadline is set. To configure the alarm:



  • The alarm time must be set prior to the deadline.

  • When the alarm goes off, a notification will appear with the task description and the selected sound from your Sounds configuration.

  • The notification color corresponds to the priority assigned to the task.

  • If your device is turned off, all missed alarms will display upon startup.


Note that the color of the alarm icon remains unchanged.

Sorting Tasks


You can customize the sorting criteria for tasks in the options menu for the states To Do and Doing:



  • By Priority: Higher priority tasks appear first. If priorities are the same, tasks with the closest deadline are prioritized.

  • By Deadline: Tasks are sorted by the closest deadline first.
