How to Use the App

1. Enter your gender, age, weight, and resting heart rate to calculate burned calories and heart rate zones.


2. Select a workout from the workouts screen. Click on the workout name in the upper left corner of the main screen to access this screen.


3. Get on the treadmill and start your workout.


4. Follow the progress bar and audio prompts to stay on track.
