This app uses Accessibility services. These services help determine the current foreground application via the TYPE_WINDOW_STATE_CHANGED event, allowing per-app orientation settings. This feature is especially beneficial for users with disabilities, enabling them to keep the screen in their preferred orientation.

Why Choose Forced Auto Mode?

The "Forced Auto" mode is particularly useful on tablets where some apps force portrait mode while the screen is held upside down. Additionally, it allows the use of many launchers in landscape mode. Note that some launchers may have display issues, such as the bottom row of icons being cut off, which is beyond our control. For devices like the NVIDIA SHIELD, this mode enables most apps to function in landscape, even if they typically do not support it.
