• What if I forgot my password?
  
  If you have set up a security email, you will see a "Forgot Password" option after entering the wrong password. Follow the instructions to reset it. If not, but you have backed up your data to Cloud Space, you can recover your data by reinstalling the Vault app.


• How do I enter vault in stealth mode?
  
  1. Add the Vault widget back to your phone’s home screen. Once it appears, tap on it and enter your password to access.
  
  2. Alternatively, download "NQ Calculator" from Google Play, open it, input the correct password, then tap "=".


• Why are my photos/videos lost?
  
  Some cleaning or free storage apps may automatically delete Vault’s data folder. To avoid this, do not delete Vault’s data folder and subfolders (mnt/sdcard/SystemAndroid) when using such apps. You can also backup your media to the cloud using the "Cloud Backup" feature in the premium page of Vault.
