If you encounter any issues or have feedback, please reach out to us via our support email. For those interested in using FTPS (FTP over TLS/SSL), remember to use the URL ftps:// instead of ftp://.

Important Notes:

• FTPS and SFTP are not the same. SFTP support will be added soon.


• The port number must be greater than 1024 as binding to ports like 21 is not possible on non-rooted phones. The default port is set to 2221 but can be adjusted in the settings.


• For security, anonymous access is disabled by default but can be enabled in the settings.

FTP Client Recommendations

If you don’t have an FTP client yet, we recommend downloading FileZilla. You can also access the FTP server directly from Windows File Explorer.
