Gameplay Overview


In this highly strategic, kitty-powered twist on Russian Roulette, players take turns drawing cards until someone draws an Exploding Kitten. When this happens, that player explodes, is eliminated from the game, unless they possess a Defuse card. This card allows players to neutralize the Kitten using creative methods such as laser pointers, belly rubs, and catnip sandwiches.



All other cards in the deck can be used to maneuver, mitigate, or avoid the dreaded Exploding Kittens.

Exploding Kittens is a paid application, with optional in-game features available for purchase with real money. Players must be at least 13 years old to download and play. Additionally, there is an online competition option against strangers, which may incur data transfer charges.
