RETROWAVE AND CYBERPUNK

Welcome to the year 1977! Thanks to the Intellectual Immensity Corp. (IIC), the future has arrived sooner than expected. New technologies are now ubiquitous in industry and daily life. To access these technologies, citizens must undergo mandatory identification, which involves implanting a controller chip in their brains. However, not everyone accepts this obligation. These individuals form the resistance known as Free Breath. Rebels unite across cities, forming gangs to defend their freedom and prevent the IIC from taking control of human minds. Some cities have even been quarantined—why?
