After six years of hard work and commitment, what began as a simple rocket simulator has transformed into a sophisticated aerospace sandbox. In Juno: New Origins, you can bring to life anything you can imagine—from rockets and airplanes to entire planets. Over time, as we added features, SimpleRockets 2 outgrew its name, leading us to this new beginning.

Juno: New Origins is a fully 3D space simulation that allows you to build rockets, airplanes, rovers, or anything else you can envision. Explore highly detailed 3D planets and easily share your creations with the community. The game includes 17 different challenges to put your designs to the test.

Craft Building Made Easy


Build crafts by snapping parts together. Choose from pre-built engines like the powerful Mage, a kerosene-fueled engine, or the Ion Engine, which is weak but highly efficient. For those who want to dive deeper into rocket science, you can design your own rocket engines using:

Customize the engine size, nozzle length, throat radius, and more for your perfect design.

Advanced Crafting Features


Utilize interstages to split your craft into multiple stages and assemble modular fairings to protect your precious cargo. Launch multiple crafts into orbit and dock with them to build:

Resize and reshape fuel tanks, wings, cargo bays, fairings, and nose cones with user-friendly tools. Adjust solar panels, wheels, pistons, and shocks to fit your specific needs. You can also paint your crafts in custom colors and tweak their reflectiveness, emissiveness, and texture styles.

Realistic Orbital Mechanics


Experience realistic simulation of orbits with time-warp features, allowing you to skip ahead without waiting months to reach another planet. The Map View makes it easy to visualize your orbits and plan future burns for encounters with other planets or satellites.

Dynamic Flight Model


The flight model dynamically updates drag and lift characteristics as your craft evolves. Re-entry effects activate when you’re hurtling through an atmosphere at hypersonic speeds, so be cautious—excessive heat can lead to rapid unplanned disassemblies!
